About the Author
Iseoluwanimi Ayo-Fagbuyi is a Nigerian teenage novelist and anime creator who writes the kind of stories he wants to read – and then builds the worlds to match.
A boarding school student by day, he spends his creative hours moving between two crafts: long-form fiction under the ISẹ Books imprint, and animated storytelling through ISẹ Originals. His work is shaped by faith, by Nigerian life, and by a conviction that young African voices belong at the centre of the page and the screen – not the margins.
He published his first full-length novel, Fly, Benaiah, Fly, as a teenager, followed by The Inkborn Chronicles – a story ambitious enough that one format couldn't hold it.

Yoruba: "I am the handiwork of God." ISẹ – pronounced ee-SHAY – means work, or handiwork. It is also the name over everything he makes.
